Since 1995, this fanciful pig has made easy work of curling our tails and making millions of mouths water with his gummy fruit flavoured face. From the very beginning, Percy was destined for great things and shot to fame even managing to make the Vogue hot list and also has in excess of 250,000 fans on Facebook.
Thanks to the love of his devoted followers, Percy expanded introducing veggie Percy, juices, biscuits and even a chocolate Easter pig. Behind the gruel of his fame and work Percy also leads an active social life with his pals, keeps his partner Penny happy as a pig in muck and is a proud father to his piglets.
Percy has managed to become a treasured icon of our time and is both truly and literally delectable.

Dear Kayleigh, currently, I do not have the moves like Jagger, but motions are in place to support finding them in the future.
I have no idea.. maybe they are just supposed to change your way of thinking, so that you might inspire your own fortune?
Searching for somewhere nice to have dinner on a Friday evening, I remembered a few weeks before being in the vibrant hive of Camden Town and spotting on the outside of the sculptured colourful walls a red and yellow hot air balloon above the awning of a little place called Fogg’s.
Taking it’s inspiration from Jules Verne’s novel, the truly lovely restaurant has a menu of exploration and offers each diner a journey through a continent of their choice.
The perfect level of lighting, great music and friendly staff make you feel like you really could be a million miles from the forever party of Camden Town. Fogg’s will leave you satisfied, smiling and truly relaxed (without hurting your pocket).

Given that since my arrival I feel that I have spent more time on the London Underground system than in my own living room, I thought a post was in order!
Whether your on a new Victoria Line train, gliding at high speed through glistening steel stations or on a terribly warm, older and much louder line, it’s safe to say all in all that the tube is pretty great, isn’t it?
Yes you have to play body part and fast food fragrance roulette from time to time in busy periods, there is a distinct nervous ‘am I missing out?’ atmosphere because we don’t have our mobile phones and there are the odd couple treating it like a kissing booth.. but really, where would we be without it?!
….and Rihanna says it’s cool, so it must be.. right?
That complex coloured weave connects all the places we meet, greet, eat, shop and of course the places we work and if your lucky, you get a seat too! Don’t forget, just like certain social networks who are angrily slated when they make changes, there isn’t an actual obligation to use it you could.. :o walk (or get a Boris bike, genius on a whole other level).
Don’t worry there is plenty of cynicism in me (I am British after all), it has it’s problems and if you’ve had a bad day who am I to tell you to cheer up? Somebody might try though, the acts of kindness project (linked) is a lovely example of Brits at their best.
So, without being too cheesy I’d just like to say that just like with many aspects of modern living, when things aren’t all that great, if we took a second to look at what we have as opposed to what we don’t, we might all be a little happier? we might even be able to, dare I say it, smile? on the tube?!

A hive of activity everywhere you go, from the retail truman show of Oxford street to the effortless cool feel of Camden town and all of it intertwined with landmarks that will never age to the eye.
Connected by a maze of white red and blue trains, the city is filled with people from all walks of life, I might have to post another day about tubes.. any how where was I…
Oh yeah, so London, vibrant and fantastic yes.. is it all gravy? not quite.. people keep clipping my heels and full BOILING HOT tubes are not fun, I can imagine it to be a very stressful place when you have had a bad day and I know myself it isn’t great when your in a rush, less said the better!
Tired on a train leaving Charing Cross but still thinking as I always do, I was greeted by that night time view of the Thames bank, you know the one, all the landmarks and all their lights, amazing!
I’m sure it’s not just me, I’m convinced that view can make anyone feel connected to London, visitor or resident.
It gives people a Capital Bond :)

So, after a year of termoil, not getting far and not making use of the degree I dived into a pool of debt to get, I’m packing up all of my worldly’s for a big move from Chester to London!
It’s a little stressful and a LOT scary but I figure taking a risk is a must before It’s too uncool to need to move back in with mum, and anyway, lots of successful people are only so because they take risks.. right?
I know it’s going to be great, I can feel it.. just wish that stopped it being scary! let alone saying goodbye to people I love in a city I love.
*takes a deep breath and smiles*
